1. Scope of Services
- Supply of solar energy equipment and accessories
- Solar installation and engineering services
- Routine and preventive maintenance
- After-sales technical support
- Energy advisory and consultation
2. Quotations & Orders
All quotations issued are based on the energy profile and information provided by the customer. A quotation does not constitute a binding contract until:
- The customer confirms acceptance in writing, and
- Initial payment or deposit is received
3. Payments
- We accept online payments, bank transfers, and invoiced transactions.
- Prices are subject to change due to exchange rate fluctuations or supplier price adjustments.
- Full payment must be received before delivery or installation, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payments may delay delivery/installation schedules.
4. Delivery & Installation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by logistics, import conditions, or availability.
- Installation dates will be mutually agreed in writing.
- Customers must ensure site readiness (roof access, structural suitability, electrical compliance, etc.).
5. Warranty
Products supplied by TDS Solar are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms vary by product line. Warranty shall not apply where:
- The system is tampered with by unauthorised technicians
- Improper usage or overload occurs
- Environmental or electrical damage (e.g., thunder strikes, poor earthing, grid surge)
- Lack of routine maintenance
6. Maintenance
Where a maintenance plan is subscribed to, TDS Solar will provide periodic servicing. Failure to undertake routine maintenance may void warranty coverage.
7. Performance Disclaimer
Solar system performance depends on sunlight availability, weather conditions, load behaviour and energy consumption patterns. TDS Solar does not guarantee uninterrupted power supply or specific output levels beyond the system’s rated capacity.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website—including text, graphics, images, and trademarks—is the property of TDS Solar and may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.
9. User Responsibilities
By using this Website, you agree not to:
- Provide false or misleading information
- Attempt to breach security features of the site
- Reverse-engineer any part of the Website
10. Refunds & Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before procurement may attract administrative fees.
- Once equipment has been procured or delivered, refunds are not permitted except for defective or wrong items supplied.
- Installation fees are non-refundable once service has commenced.
11. Limitation of Liability
TDS Solar shall not be liable for:
- Losses arising from system misuse or overload
- Damages caused by power surges or third-party interventions
- Business or financial loss arising from downtime or installation delay
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
12. Data Protection
All personal information submitted through this Website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023).
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or competent Nigerian courts.
